This legislation (Bill No. 240336) has passed through the City’s Committee on Rules and will be read at the June 6 City Council meeting, with a final vote scheduled for June 13. It is sponsored by Councilperson Cindy Bass and authored by the East Mermaid Lane Neighbors group based on the overlay presented to neighbors at the February 7 meeting.

The NCO will apply to RSA-3-zoned properties within the specified area seen on the attached map/PDF.
